Healing Turmeric Bone-Broth Vegetable Soup
Serves 6 · About 45 minutes
Why it’s on the menu: Collagen-rich bone broth supports the gut lining while fiber-rich vegetables feed the microbes that keep inflammation in check — comfort that works from the inside out.
Anti-Inflammatory Ingredients: turmeric, ginger, garlic, black pepper, bay, thyme; collagen-rich bone broth and fiber-rich vegetables.
